Yo I always thought that the kids on tumblr that make GIF’s out of different brand logos were funny. You know what I’m talking about. You go to their page and their background is a pic of their Mac Book covered in stickers; Supreme, Stussy, Huf, etc., while some Chris Brown track autoplays. Every pic is tagged with brands that aren’t even in the fucking picture, then the tag that never fails “#swag” or “#swagger”. Like seriously? Whatever to each their own, they’re not hurting me one bit. Just something I noticed. One observation I did make is dudes even throw Hello Kitty in there. Since when did Hello Kitty make it into the “street” culture. You want me to take you seriously in your Jordans, Bulls fitted, some obnoxious bling and a fucking “Hello Kitty” shirt? Na bruh, ain’t hap’nin. Same thing for girls. You go into a dudes room and see Ninja Turtle bedsheets, what are you gonna think about your boy? I mean one thing is cool you now, reminisce in the nostalgia that was child hood, I’m not mad at it. But keep it within reason. I feel the same way for females. Shit like Hello Kitty is cool, it’s pink, it’s a fucking cat, its sparkly, it’s OMG, whatever. But how you expect a dude to take you seriously when you decked out in shit like that? Make you’re dude feel like he’s dealing with a woman not a 14 year old middle school girl namsayin? It goes both ways, dudes should keep their shit in line and proper as well.
